A New Way to Practice Orchestral Excerpts

Practice your favorite orchestral scores as if you were sitting on your orchestra seat.

The Maponos Orchestra

The result of over three years of research

The Maponos Orchestra recreates the feeling of being on stage, surrounded by the entire orchestra, allowing musicians to practice excerpts with greater interpretive awareness. To create it, we focused on all aspects traditionally considered useful in the orchestral excerpts practice. We prioritized what each musician hears on stage from their specific perspective, focusing on reverberation and spatial perception of each instrument. Check it out: 30+ orchestral excerpts are already available for free on our Catalog.

Binaural audio makes you feel what happens around you. With the advanced player, you’re in control.

Practice anytime, anywhere with your headphones. Or use speakers.

Audio quality is key.

Each track is designed to prioritize realism through high-quality libraries and meticulous attention to the mixing and mastering stages. With a pair of open-back headphones and binaural audio, you can practice wherever and whenever you want. And if you’d rather use speakers, just switch to stereo audio

We constantly select the best orchestral excerpts for an ever-expanding catalog.

Among the composers already featured:

Hector Berlioz, Maurice Ravel, Ludwig Van Beethoven, Johannes Brahms, Nikolai Rimsky Korsakov, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Georges Bizet, Felix Mendelssohn, Giuseppe Verdi, Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, Gioachino Rossini, Igor Stravinsky, Sergei Prokofiev, Alban Berg, Anton Bruckner, Gustav Mahler, Ottorino Respighi, Richard Wagner, Richard Strauss, Gaetano Donizetti, Béla Bartók, Robert Schumann and many others
